Mere Qoroya Gucake of Honeycomb Way in Sacramento is not an "Independent Worker" for in-home elder care, per Dept of Labor ruling, July, 2017. Be sure to pay her as an employee and be careful of overtime rules.

Mary took care of our mom for 5 years and they connected and bonded like she was part of our family. My mom loved her kid's who would drop by to say hello during her birthday, July 4th, anniversary, Halloween, etc. Mere really provided depth and a sense of family to us and we were sold, she is the best.
