To begin with, I never review anything "on-line" but in this instance, I felt compelled to comment.
My Mother, ( the one in need of assistance), and myself were quite apprehensive about someone coming into her home. I had given the matter much thought and through family deliberation made the decision finally to provide my mom with what was needed. When I had discovered Long Island Home Care Services, I found them to be professional, courteous and patient! Their care manager made the process of placing a caregiver very comforting and reassuring. We are most pleased with how responsive they are to our needs and demonstrate their compassion. I would recommend this agency to anyone who's first and only concern is their loved one...
