The facility does not accommodate family work/school schedules. They insist your child be at school by 9:30 (any age) and if they are not they follow you to the classroom and in an unprofessional manner say "is your child just getting here!" I asked if I needed to find another daycare and I was told "yes." Their reasoning for the strict arrival time is staffing. If they have less children then they send staff home. Mind you their student to kid ratio in the 2s room is 1 teacher to 11 two year olds. I think they could use the extra help. Good quality daycares have student to teacher ratios for twos at 5:1. Plus, their is rarely anyone in the front office. It seems to me they are cutting cost by limiting staff. I don't want my kid at a place that is clearly only concerned with making the most money by providing understaffed care.
