Lean On Me Child Care Services

Welcome to Lean On Me Child Care Services! My name is Keisha and I have been working as a child care provider over 6 years. In 1999 I began working with foster children as a volunteer in Los Angeles. In 2005 I was a Student-Assistant at a NAEYC accredited child development center with infant and toddlers. In 2008, I worked for a company providing services to children with developmental needs. In 2010 my experience working with children with developmental needs allowed me to work with toddlers from a different angle, being more understanding of their needs. 2013, I worked as an Assistant Teacher, and Floater connecting with children ages 6 months to 12 years. I also worked as a Floor Supervisor, facilitating activities of children with developmental disabilities. Throughout my years of working with children I developed a unique way of working with each child providing them with TLC in a warm, welcoming, and educational environment to foster self-esteem, self-efficacy and creativity.
