Kingdom Kids Day Care is a Wisconsin State Certified in-home program owned and operated by Lisa Blount, affectionately known to her students as Ms. Lisa.
Ms. Lisa has worked with children for 29 years, 10 of which have been in professional daycare settings. She has received a diploma in Childcare Development from Georgia. After working in an institutional daycare setting, she decided to step out and open up her own daycare. This is the 4th year of Kingdom Kids Daycare, and Ms. Lisa plans to provide care for children for many more years!
The mission of Kingdom Kids is to partner with parents and help children to develop spiritually, emotionally, socially and physically. Our daily routine includes gross motor skills, fine motor skills, language, art, music, crafts, and early math skills. Kids also enjoy healthy meals and snacks, plenty of time to play creatively and stay physically active, and age-appropriate cleanup and helping tasks. We also regularly read, sing and learn about Jesus, and children from any faith background or no faith background are welcomed with the same care and concern. Kingdom Kids supports diversity and inclusivity and strives to provide a safe, welcoming environment for all individuals and families.
