Kid Fit introduces a program to help children twelve and under develop physically and emotionally, while having fun in a variety of fitness programs.
Ourproprietary curriculum was created by early childhood development experts to help develop the cognitive, physical and social skills of children. We offer over 20 programs that incorporate sports, strength exercises, music, dance and more. Each class is structured to create opportunities for children to try new sports in a non-competitive, friendly environment. Kids have fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, and agility while developing self-esteem and confidence.
