To promote a healthier lifestyle, I encourage and prepare well balanced, nutritious meals tailored to each client's dietary preferences and needs. I am able toprepare specialty home cooked meals such as; low sodium, renal, low fat, thickened, and pureed. Getting out of the home periodically is good for one's mind, body and spirit. Many elders put off going to the doctor due to lack of transportation, often leading to ER visits and hospitalizations. I provide transportation to doctors, shopping for groceries and running errands. I provide day to day at home assistance while working along side of physical therapy or meeting your loved one where they're at capability wise with bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing and mobility assistance.
