Alzheimer's/dementia care, Medication reminders, Provide companionship and care, Coordinate and set up transportation for appointments and local errands. Grocery shopping, Healthy meal planing and preparation, Light housekeeping, Assist clients with hygiene needs, Respitefor family caregivers, Day/night, 24 hour care/temporary or long term, Hourly rates, Certified CPR/First Aid. <br/> <br/>Customized Care: <br/>2 hour minimum. <br/> <br/>At Integrity & Grace Senior Care, we understand that sometimes a 'helping hand is all you need'. Whether it's for just a couple of hours or for a full 24-hour shift, you can customize the care that you need with NO CONTRACTS. <br/> <br/>24 hour Flat Rate: <br/>In some circumstances, 24-hour in-home care may be necessary. In these instances we offer a daily flat rate to assist you in keeping your costs down.
