Home Rule LLC provides in-home childcare (nanny, learning assistant, light housekeeping) with W-2 employees/paid taxes/workers comp, professional liability insurance, and background screening and training. We work with our families to create apersonalized service plan that our child caregivers follow and complete a daily log so families know that their children are working toward their goals with their child caregiver. Our families pay an hourly rate with no placement fees.
