Home Helpers services consist of companion, personal, non-medical and medical care for seniors, new mothers and consumers who chose to remain independent in their homes and their communities.
The core services that Home Helpers will provide will focus primarily around companion and non-medical, in-home care for seniors, such as meal preparation, grooming, bathing, transportation and companionship.

Home Helpers will offer four distinct services. They are as follows:
Non-medical (Basic) care - Services in this category include: companionship, cooking, errands, light house-keeping and groceries
Personal (Intermediate) Care - Services in this category require physical contact to help with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene
Medical (Advanced) Care - Services in this category address specialized care such as monitoring blood pressure, blood sugar levels, giving injections
Emergency Monitoring - Home Helpers will use Direct Link proprietary response, vital sign and medication monitoring system for those living alone or when left alone
Service Delivery:
Home Helpers will deliver its services through care givers who have been selected and reviewed through a rigorous selection process. Each care giver will undergo extensive background check and all references will be validated. Care givers will be available to provide services in hourly increments with a minimum of 2 hours per request to as long as "live in" care givers where care givers will live 24 hours a day at clients residence
