When you call us, the only people you will talk to are the owners. We feel our office staff have other things they can attend to other than answering the phone. These guys have been helping my dad the last few months. He is in his eighties and has alzheimer's, and we have had lots of problems with private caregivers in the past. So I started with a home care agency, and the first one was all right, but they sent too many different people and my dad couldn't get used to a different face every day. However, since I reached out to Carter at Home Care Solutions we have had the same care taker there for every visit and she is great with my dad. He's very happy, and I have some peace of mind knowing that he is really being taken care of.

Warning anyone seeking care for a loved one that they will be putting that person at risk while being completely financially taken advantage of. Warning not to make the mistake to trust all of the things the two heading up the company will promise to be shocked at three fatal mistakes made the first day by their most unprofessional staff! The list of reasons is too long to provide that end of up being more of a shocking surprise than that which another of their unprofessional employees that would be sent putting loved one in worse care than before Home Care Solutions was given a chance!!

Hello, Meg. I apologize that we would not foot the bill for your golf cart that was acquired through questionable means. I also apologize that the family of our client would not allow you a free place to stay any further. The truth is that we honored the wishes of our client and her family and it didn't work out well for you; I wish that you wouldn't hold that against us. We've been providing care for the client in question for well over a month and currently continue to do so at the pleasure of her family, and do so at a reasonable and competitive rate. You truly had nothing to do with her care, aside from interfering with the day-to-day activities being performed by certified, skilled professionals. I receive service from a caregiver named Doris, and would recommend her to anyone. She is hard working, trust worthy, and absolutely provides me with the safety and security that an elderly woman needs. I'm sure other caregivers are just as great but I would recommend her to anyone because she goes out of her way to provide excellent service. I would definitely give her 5 stars.

Home Care Solutions has been taking care of my mother for months. They have the most amazing caregivers. They allow me to trust in them to know my mother is in great hands and I don't have to worry. The communication between me and them is unbelievable. They are like family now because they make sure mom and I feel like that. We love everyone there!!!
