About Holistic Care Home
We are a 6-bed Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE) care home in San Leandro. We provide a safe home for the aging community along with compassionate care and healthy living.
Our services include: Lodging, nutritious meals, laundry, general house keeping, medication management, health monitoring by an R.N., incontinence care, dementia care, and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc)
Our staff is trained to provide personalized care while maintaining the resident'sdignity and respect.
