We partner with many outside agencies to provide the care needed for each individual. We have a doctor who visits the home as well as a nurse once a month and on as needed bases, as well asa podiatrist who visits every couple of months and on as needed basis. We partner with Home Health agencies who come out for wound care, physical therapy, speech therapy, and much more. Dentist and optometrist services offered. We also work with many different awesome hospice agencies when needed. <br/> <br/>Pricing varies from $3,500-$6,000 depending on the level of care and weather the resident will be in a shared or private room. <br/> <br/>Heart to Heart provides a home like setting for our residents.
