Hello, my name is Pilar. I am the founder and owner of Happy Little Faces. I opened Happy Little Faces in February 2010 in Concord. Then the business started growing and more children enrolling so we moved to Pleasant Hill to a bigger rented house in June2010. In pleasant Hill I had a license for 14 children.
