Growing Friends offers summer internships for college students looking to gain valuable work experience in the field of in home child care. Interns are carefully selected based not only on qualifications, but also genuine enthusiasm for spending time with children. Prior to their start dates, they will undergo a comprehensive training from a seasoned professional, the CEO and Founder of Growing Friends, who has been a passionate in home care provider since 2015. During each day of care, interns will arrive with the Growing Friends Backpack, which will be full of practical, educational and fun materials. Further, over the summer, interns will be provided with ongoing support and feedback. At Growing Friends we believe that this last piece is key. We want to remain available to both interns and parents as a resource to support their working relationship and ensure the best possible care for the children.
