The in-home staff at Golden Hearts was incredible. They not only took care of my father with such kindness and love, they communicated with me regularly through multiples form of communication.
Words cannot express how grateful I am to Linda, Becky,Jason, and the entire team.
I highly recommend this company to assist anyone with the in-home care needs of the most important person in their life, their loved one

Being across country I needed to find someone that I could trust to help my 70+ year old mother. I did much more than my normal due diligence in checking out them and other similar care providers.
I've used Golden Hearts for about 6 months now. It is working out much better than expected. They help Mom with those things that have become too difficult for her to do on her own (bathing, washing clothing, tidying up, fixing a meal, errands). The caregivers that work with Mom in her home are always on time, have never missed a shift, and look neat and professional in their clean uniforms without looking like hospital workers.
They have been very proactive with Mom in doing pretty much anything for her she needs as well as providing companionship and conversation. I could not find a company with higher ethical and legal standards in my research.
Being far away it is reassuring that I can call the office any time and they are always available to talk with me about any issues I have for Mom's care.
This experience has made me start think about the time (hopefully far into the future) that I'll need need such services.

A few months ago my father had a stroke, upon leaving Kaiser they advised that I should have some help with me. I hired Becky, a professional caregiver from Golden Hearts and she was amazing! She picked up my dad for his appointments took great care of him like I would have! Thank you Becky! You have made a difficult time in our family life a little bit easier.
