Hi, my name is Ana and I operate a home daycare in Chapel Hill. My husband and I have a 4 year old son and I have been taking care of children in my home for 3 years. I also babysat throughout my teens and worked in a daycare while in college. I have cared for some of the same children since they were infants and we will soon have a full time space open in our group!
My home is a few minutes away from UNC and Carrboro in a quiet family oriented neighborhood and a licensed family childcare home. In order to maximize one on one attention for the children I take care of a total of no more than 5 children, including my son. I believe in gentle and positive guidance and strive to teach the children self help skills. We do a variety of preschool activities, games, and crafts to promote kindergarten readiness and nurture the whole child. I provide all meals and snacks and serve mostly organic and healthy and preservative free food. Our menu is also vegetarian friendly. I have a full time space available and my hours are 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday. If I sound like I may be a good match for your family please contact me!
