First Presbyterian Church of Downtown South Bend is committed to creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for the families that worship with us.
In order to provide this, we are seeking responsible, caring and energetic individuals to work in our church nursery, Sunday mornings, 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and special events as available.
Job Responsibilities include interacting with children (infant to 5-6 years) with stories, games, crafts and play. This may also include feeding, diaper changing, sitting with and holding children. Child care worker will also be responsible for keeping the space neat and accurate records of children entering/leaving care.
The pay is contractual, at $8 an hour.
Willingness to comply with our Child Protection Policy and background checks.
Must be 18 years or older.
Nursery Worker will report to the Associate Pastor of FPC and communicate absences; planned 2 weeks advance and unplanned at least an hour prior.
