This agency is a scam . The previous review from SERGHEI ,is the owner himself giving fake reviews to his own agency .
They over charge clients , provide staff that is not trained to work with elderly people . Don't trust this agency .

European Service At Home is the agency that we have used for our mom. We appreciate the individualized attention that we have received. Having an assigned case manager, Natalia, has been a huge help. She listens to mom needs and wants and has made sure to find caregivers that match.

Criminals! This company took advantage of my aged father, whom the owner met in church, while my mother was dying. My father gave the owner a substantial down payment for their services, with the understanding that bills for services would be submitted to his insurance company for payment. Months after services were rendered, bills were sent to my father, requiring payment. The level of deceit, fraud, and dishonesty that this company employs demands that they be shut down, or even criminally prosecuted.
