The mission of Empowered To Achieve, Inc. is to provide Supported Living, Personal Support and Life Skill Development Services that will EMPOWER individuals to achieve greater independence, self-sufficiency and community engagement.

We are licensed and insured. Services are provided by experienced and trained individuals that are knowledgeable about developmental disabilities,issues related to aging, Dementia, CPR/First AID, HIV/AIDS Infection Control, Childhood Development, Medication Management, Abuse and Neglect and Case Management.
Available Services include:
Companion Services (In-Home and Community Inclusion)
Personal Care Services (Non-Medical Supervision, Medication Management, Toileting, Bathing and Dressing)
Chore Services (Light Housekeeping and Meal Preparation)
Transportation (Errands and Appointments)
Independent Living Services
Empowered To Achieve, Inc., is an approved Medicaid Waiver Provider with The Agency for Persons with Disabilities. This agency is also a registered Companion and Homemaker agency with The Agency For Healthcare Administration.
