We provide nurturing care and support to those who wish to stay in their own homes and in familiar surroundings. We understand the importance of family, friends, and strong community support. You can have the peace of mind knowing that your loved ones will receive excellent care. We offer personal care assistance, companion, and sitter care to the elderly, the disabled, the medically frail, or the chronically ill. We also provide services to the postoperative patients, as well as the mentally and physically handicapped. We provide assistance with personal hygiene care and mobility, as well as with meal preparation and light housekeeping in our client's homes. We can also provide transportation for our clients to appointments, errands, or social gatherings. We can provide assistance with medication and monitoring vital signs. We are currently serving Gwinnett, Cobb, Clayton, Hall, Fulton, Cobb, Jackson, DeKalb, Barrow and Forsyth counties. Our staff are highly trained, screened, and credentialed. A registered nurse oversees all care for our clients and will develop an individual plan of care that is customized and tailored to the specific needs for each client. We also have registered nurses that can provide nursing care in collaboration with our client's physician. We can assist with education, medication administration, postoperative recovery, wound and ostomy care, IV site care, and catheter care. We can care for the diabetic patient, those with congestive heart failure, and COPD as well as other chronic diseases.

We are licensed by the state of Georgia and state inspection for 2019 showed no violations. We also provide services to those enrolled in:
Georgia CCSP and/or SOURCE waiver program in the following counties: Hall, Gwinnett, DeKalb Forsyth, and Fulton.
The Georgia SOURCE Medicaid waiver program serves the elderly and disabled to improve healthy outcomes for people with chronic conditions.
The Georgia CCSP Medicaid waiver program provides health and support services to approved members as an alternative to living in a facility/nursing home.
