This is by far the WORST sitting company I have ever worked for. The owner sunny is extremely rude and unprofessional. After not working any hours for a full 3 months, I requested a separation notice. Sunny said he is on vacation and will have someone else send it to me, but no one ever did. I called him back to ask about and he hung up in my face and then blocked my number! All I wanted was my paperwork. They are completely unorganized and do not communicate with each other. On 3 separate occasions they sent me to homes where they already had a caretaker, wasting my gas,time and babysitter fees and never said a word about it. They offered 4hours of work to me that is 2 hours drive and says it's my fault. And took my permanent client for no reason, in which they were very upset about. This is a terrible company to work for.

This is the worst company I ever worked for. When arriving to homes the clients told me I wouldn't be there long because the company don't keep anyone and don't care about employees. As I started working, the scheduler would schedule me to go different places at the last minute after leaving one place. I ended up running out of gas. I was told by the owner to go one place and then the scheduler calls and tells me not to go and to go on a different day. All of a sudden I'm getting a call from the owner and a text message from the scheduler saying please don't tell the owner that she told me not to go because they will be mad at her. It's so sad because I'm a good worker and to not tell on the scheduler I quit. It's messed up because it look like I didn't show up when I was told to not show up. So I just quit because there is no consistentcy and it's no order in operations.

Dwelling Healthcare Services provided exceptional care for my father in the last 2 yrs of his life. He suffered from MS and was miserable except for the unbelievable care he received from Dwelling. They were dependable, punctual, and, most of all, KIND and respectful. Dwelling is one of a kind!!!
