Some of our care givers have over 10 years of experience. Divine Team Home care is a 24/7 care provider. Patient satisfaction is our priority. Our services include; meal preparation, light house duties, feeding, Bathing / dressing, providing companionship/social interaction, transportation as needed, live-in home care, errands/ Shopping, Medication Prompting, Specialized care needs for Alzheimer and dementia and more.
