Our stringent hiring procedure helps us to employ and retain compassionate, caring, professional, experienced caregivers and CNA's.<br/>Criminal and motor vehicle background check, drug testing, sex offender registry check, nurse and nurse aide registry check, competency and skill testing, and continuous training are all required of our team members. <br/><br/>Dignity Private Care works with all Long Term Care Policies and Health Insurances that accept non-medical assistance. For those who do not currently have a Long Term Care Policy we have convenient private pay plans.
