I have worked in childcare for over 15 years and I couldn't imagine doing anything else. I believe in letting children a large degree of freedom (within in reason), because play is how children learn. It is important to me to get to know each child andtheir family so that I can provide individualized care. We like to play out side (weather permitting) I have a large fenced in backyard with lots of room for children to run around.
