Me and my husband have been taking our daughter for around a year or so now. Although since COVID I noticed one of the employers not wearing a mask while sitting close to the kids more than once bringing my daughter and picking her up. I've also had issues with my daughter not being properly changed and have picked her up several times with a full diaper. The mask think was the last straw for me.
If you are interested in having the feel of a home daycare but want the structure of a center, this is the place for you. Creative Care is nestled in the Colonial Village neighborhood in a refurbished house with two rooms for the children to play. The backyard has been transformed into a playground. The staff is patient, kind, and caring. Both of my children attend Creative Care and love their teachers tremendously, and I can tell the teachers are excited to see them. If you decide to join Creative Care, you will feel like part of the family after a few short days. (My children have attended 2 other daycare centers and this is by far our favorite.)
Creative Care has always been an amazing place for my Lil man. He just started kindergarten this past August and prior to that he was with Ms. Carolyn and creative care for 4 years. It is a great place for child care there was always a family vibe whenever you set foot into the center. Even now whenever there is free time we still love to stop by and say hello to all our friends. We love you guys at Creative Care and thanks so much for all the care you have always shown.
First let me say that I am an overbearing father. I never had to put any of my children in daycare. My first born son is the most important thing in my life. Ms. Carolyn and her staff put me at ease. Even though, for two days I stood by the door like a stalker because I wanted to make sure my baby boy was going to ok. Creative Care ELA has been like a family. There is no one else in the world I trust with my son. Seeing him grow and develop over the past two years has been my greatest joy.

Creative Care ELP is a great center and anyone who says otherwise is just insane (in my opinion). My child started as a drop-in when his other daycare was closed for a week. He was gone literally a week before I signed him up for Full-time care. My son just turned 2 two weeks ago and knows sign language, shapes, colors, numbers, and alphabets. although he was advanced to start with he is speaking clear well structured sentences as well. My son sometimes is upset he has to leave because he sees the staff and owners as his family not teachers. I know he is well taken care of and I feel as if everyone families and staff are a family. I have personally volunteered at the center and I see the lesson plans these children use and are well amazed. I am blessed to be a part of the Creative Care Family because every staff member goes above and beyond to help every family. I have personally witnessed this my self. Great Job Carolyn and the Creative Care Staff for keeping my child in a safe, loving and Christian environment.

My son will be 4 next week and he has been at Creative Care since he was 8 weeks old. Carolyn McNair and her staff are the absolute best, my son could not be in better hands. They always go above and beyond for the kids their families. They have been such an important part of our lives and I don't what we would do with out them. Carolyn McNair treats every child as her own, her heart is 100% in her work as a childcare provider and teacher. Thanks to Creative Care, ELP my son is already ready for kindergarten. I will suggest Creative Care to anyone looking for childcare and preschool. Thank you so much for all you do Ms. Carolyn, Ms. Kesha, Ms. Shay and Ms. Brea.

Creative Care ELA is an amazing facility. It is clean and the staff are wonderfully trained. The environment is nurturing and my family feel welcomed every single time. My child is two years old and has been with the daycare since he was a few months old. He is speaking in full sentences and recognizes letters and numbers. The security we feel knowing that while we're at work, our little one is safe, learning and well loved by staff that is more like family instead.

Carolyn McNair and her facility is probably the worst example of childcare that I have ever seen. None of her teachers are certified and there's often more than 7 children per teacher. I have been to visit during nap time and my infant and others were left unattended while the "teacher" was on break. She often has unexplained and unexpected

This review was unfortunately expected...after immediate termination of this parent. As a professional childcare provider in good standing with many many families for well over 30 years. I will not respond to any FALSE ACCUSATIONS concerning this review..... We do great work and provide great care and we stand by our good name.
