Consistent Connections

In our home we practice connection parenting.

With our prepared environment, and child lead learning, science, reading, art, gardening and engineering have taken leaps. I focus on social skills, open communication, and self awareness. Eachindividual child will be encouraged to be her/his self, and engage his own interests. <br/> <br/>When away from home, a child needs someone with whom they feel they can bond. I use Yoga, meditation and acting to help children learn about feelings, and how to handle them. Instead of punishment, I give choices that teach about consequences. I intervene strictly when safety is an issue, by separating children and taking away privileges. <br/> <br/>I would like to invite your child (children) in to our home and car. We are available for educational playtime as well as transportation.
