Can not say enough praise and heat warm thanks regarding the quality of care and the personal attention given to my 97-year-old mother. The in-home care givers are now part of the family. The whole service is terrific. Could not have asked for anything better.

They did a medication reconciliation for my Mom and it turned out two of her doctors were not communicating which I'm told happens often in this area. My Mother ended up being on two medications that shouldn't be taken together, in fact they were giving her false symptoms that sent her to the hospital on several occasions. Concierge followed her the entire time, I was able to concentrate on work and drive up to the Fort Myers area in between business. We are going to be clients for as long as my Mother is around !

Office staff was very friendly and came out the same day for a home visit. Companion services were also started the same day for an overnight shift. Couldn't be happier with the 2 caregivers helping Mom right now.
