Community VNA Private Care offers medical and non-medical home care services. Our care team includes Housekeepers, Companions, CNAs, Certified Home Care Aides, RNs. We provide care from 2 hours to 24 hours a day, 24/7/365 based on staff ratios. Since 1984, Community VNA Private Care has been customizing care to best serve our valued clients and their families.

Community VNA Private Care provides the help you need to do many of your favorite things while helping you maintain your independence. Our professionalhome care services include: nursing care, medication management, medication reminders, medication administration, post-surgical care, non-medical care and personal care such as bathing, hygiene and dressing, meal prep, housekeeping and transportation to wellness appointments. Non-medical home services include: housekeeping, companionship, laundry, and ironing, change and make bed, meal preparation, shopping, and errands, respite for caregivers, friendly visits, care management, arrange appointments, accompany to appointments, care for pets and plants and transportation. Our caregivers are carefully screened, professionally trained, supervised and fully insured. We accept short and long term assignments and serve the following communities in Southeastern Massachusetts: Attleboro, Dighton, Easton, Foxboro, Mansfield, North Attleboro, Norton, Plainville, Rehoboth, South Attleboro, Seekonk, Taunton and Wrentham.… Read more
