Great caregivers, very professional.

If I ever again need companion care in my home, it will not be with this outfit. Obviously, the employees are not trained in much of anything, like how to operate a vacuum cleaner, or washer and dryer. After person 1 vacuumed, she tried to empty the dust bin on my Dyson vacuum cleaner and got it all screwed up, luckily I was able to stop her from breaking it and put it back together. Next I asked person 1 to do some light laundry. she got it washed but when it came to putting it in the dryer, she broke the dryer, how, I have no clue, but was not able to save the dryer. Had to go purchase a new washer and dryer. In the meantime I had to take laundry to a local coin op laundry on Hwy 200. She screwed that up by not letting the machine go through the rinse cycle. Again, I was left with unproperly washed and dried clothes. Next, I called Community Companion care to get a replacement person...person #2 was much better than person 1 and could actually operate machinery correctly., Person #2 was conscientious and did a good job. However, her cooking and moving things around without asking was not satisfactory, therefore the 1 Star rating. There are other companies that offer this much needed service for a few dollars more, I would recommend getting one of them, but not Community Companion Care. Just too many issues with Community Companion Care, I can only assume because of the lack of checking care givers background and training. To Deb, when you send an INVOICE, you stamp it in LARGE RED LETTERS that it is PAID!!!!!

if you work for them beware if you say anything at all Debbie k supervisor will cut your hours she did to me and my daughter and we are medically trained as they are not
