In-home Visits: To begin services, an assessment will be completed by one of our Family Care Coordinators. The Family Care Coordinators hold a Bachelors or Masters in Social Work. The assessment is FREE of charge, with no obligation.

Care Continuity: Consistency is key when placing caregivers with clients. We ensure continuity of service with a regular schedule.
Quality Care Assurance: A state wide background search for felonies and misdemeanors is conducted as well as a monthly national search. We also perform random drug screenings and have a zero tolerance drug policy. All caregivers are bonded and insured. To ensure quality, we also give you a courtesy call to confirm you liked the caregiver and that the performed services were what you needed.
Caregiver Mentoring: Caregivers are NEVER sent into a client's home the first time without one of our staff personally accompanying and introducing them. One-on-one training is provided to ensure the Comfort Keeper knows and understands the services to be provided.
Caregiver Training: All caregivers go through new hire orientation and are required to attend mandatory quarterly staff trainings.
