Lexington, KY House Cleaning Jobs

Our family runs a business and includes two young children (2 & 5). We are looking for help with the management of our house, such as: * tidying our home & light cleaning tasks (we already have a house cleaner for heavy cleaning) *organizing projects *food prep (like cutting veggies for snacks or preparing ingredients for dinner) *laundry/ironing *running errands to post office, dry cleaners, grocery shopping, etc. *communicating with service providers like lawn crew or repair people *party prep *home decor tasks like rearranging furniture or assistance hanging art We can be flexible with dates/times if MWF doesn't work! We are looking for someone with a cheerful demeanor & attention to detail. Integrity & discreetness is also essential. Experience preferred. Must be a non-smoker & comfortable around a small senior dog.

We have a two story with basement. General cleaning and a few unique specific cleaning and organizing closets that will be specific to that each shift. General tidy up organizing and cleaning. Cheerful honest and truly cares about doing a good job. We have street parking. One small dog and a few fish.

If you do a really good job I will pay you $100 extra

It is just my wife and I, no children, no pets with hardwood floors and 1-10 x 12 area carpet. 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms an office, kitchen and dinning room. 1-small room with a daybed.

2600 appx sq ft of main living space that would need to be cleaned every other week and addtl 900sq ft basement occasionally
