I was my late mom's caregiver and now help family caregivers on their journey with their own Alzheimer's care partners. I help manage care and self-care and provide advice, guidance, resources and referrals on an hourly or monthly basis. I can provide companion care and elder mediation. I volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association, Oregon Chapter, including facilitating dementia support groups and a memory cafe, fundraising and advocacy.
