Communication is important and our caregivers will listen to you and adjust your Care Plan to fit your individual needs whenever it is necessary.<br/><br/>Carrie Tidwell, Owner and RN Case Manager, loves working with the disabled and elderly population and knows the importance of remaining in one's home for as long as possible. This is what sparked the desire to found Clover Senior Care. <br/><br/>Because we realize our caregivers (employees) are the heart and soul of our business, Clover Senior Care is steadfast in providing a workplace that is desirable and sought after by caregivers in Indianapolis and the surrounding counties. One of out core beliefs is the importance of employee retention. Through initial and ongoing formal training, personal development, staff support and coaching and a generous compensation plan, the foundation for a team of long term, enthusiastic, devoted and ethical caregivers has been established. <br/><br/>We offer a wide range of services and customize our care to your individual needs. And we don't just help seniors. We are in the homes helping those who have recently had surgery (cosmetic, orthopedic, etc.) and may only need a few days of care to get back on their feet.
