The company never answers the phone. We have been trying to get in contact with them to see if we could get services for my grandfather. The owner seemed to have a bad attitude and wasn't very helpful.

My mother had services for 3 weeks only. The CNA had texted me one morning and said she no longer works for the company. I call CLHC and they were not aware of it. The office manager and Monique Royal said they will call me for help and a week passed and no one at the office would answer nor Monique Royal. I called the office again today, finally, they answered, and said they have no one for my mom. They never communicate with you and leave the patients without care. No compassion for the caregiver nor the patient. No good.

I could not ask for a better health care agency . They have truly worked hard to keep my love one out a nursing home. We are treated just like family. I can now go away and know my love one is taking care of. I appreciate them so much!!
