It was October 2016 I worked as part time caregiver with this home care for 15 days. I never get paid by the owner Ms. Vanessa Sotto and Mr. James. A lot of promises!!! They owe me $1,650. They are no good employer. I hope somebody can help me sue them and collect my money.

Monies Stolen from our 87 year old father!!

It angers and saddens me to write this review... February 2017 we hired Century Home Care Services to help take care of our 87 year father. At that time, per the contract there was an initial deposit owed in the amount of $3900 - fully refundable once services were rendered and no longer needed. May 2017, service were terminated, we didn't need CHCS's services any longer. That being said, as per the contract the deposit was to be fully refunded 45 day after the termination date. On 5/19/2017 our family sent an email stating that services were terminated. Per the owner Vanessa, we were promised to have our deposit refunded no later than 7/3/17. As of 7/24/2017, we still have not received our deposit refund. After SEVERAL ignored phone calls, text messages to both James Padua and Vanessa Padua owners of CHCS, we have not spoken to them to get a confirmed date, an apology, and / or an explanation - NOTHING. This is not what we signed up for - we gave CHCS's a REFUNDABLE deposit in good faith and we are disappointed, sadden and angered by the lack of response and respect. Century Home Care Services is not to be trusted, they will come across as extended family members, but in the end we were nothing more than a lender of monies. We have contacted our family attorney to handle this matter further.
