At a very difficult time for our family we had to make the most difficult decision of placing our dad who was suffering from severe dementia. Ruth and her staff were truly a God send. They offered peace to our family, loving care to our dad. The home had excellent home made cooking, very well kept environment. We were there often and saw only love, compassion and respect to the residents. During our dads final days and hours, Ruth and staff were there for us all, offering shoulders to cry on, feeling a warm embrace. We are eternally grateful that you shared this journey with us. To this day we have remained friends and family. We highly recommend Tender Care.

Tender Care is the place for anyone needing 24/7 care in a home atmosphere, where each care giver is skilled. This small group home is far above nursing home care we know about, in that the environment is quiet, no noise from hallways, and home cooked food. Tender Care coordinated visiting physicians and skilled nurses to come into the location to provide medical services. My family member that stayed here was always clean, well dressed and groomed. A Five Star review score is not adequate enough.

I don't know where this writer came up with a "One-star" rating. I can confidently say that TenderCare Inc is worth a rating of "Five-stars." My mother has been with Ruth Cardenas and her staff since September 2015. They have taken care of her, and she seems very happy to be there. I visited two other assisted-living homes, and I decided to go with TenderCare because I could tell that Ruth is sincere and a very caring individual. She enjoys helping others. The facility is very neat and clean, and I've noticed that others at the facility look happy. My mother has dementia, and I know that she is in good hands with Ruth and her staff. Ruth has sent me many videos of my mother enjoying the activities that are presented during the year (Christmas, birthdays, and Easter). A couple of months ago, Ruth called me to let me know that mom had a cough. She suggested that I take her to see her doctor to check on that cough. Of course, it turned out to be an allergy and not the beginning of pneumonia. So yes, she watches out for everyone, and I will continue to keep my mother there at TenderCare Inc. Michael Childress.

I don't have enough stars for rating the care and facility Ms.Ruth operates! Our beloved papa received superb care, we as a family were always welcomed , anytime of the day or night and our concerns were acted on quickly with with genuine love and concern. Ruth is a God sent angel.

This place is amazing!! They sure know how to make a family feel good and know that their loved one who is suffering from such a terrible disease as Alzheimer's is safe and will be taken care of with excellent care. Very nice house, always clean, and a hot meal on the table for every meal. Ruth is an Angel and we appreciate all you did for our family. Will definitely pass this place on for anyone needing Tender Care!

The care we received by Tender Care for my father was excellent. The place was always spotless. They treated him like family and always prepared good, hot meals. We have nothing bad to say about the place. Ruth came to my fathers and my grandmothers funeral. Anyone who didn't care so much for her patients wouldn't do something like that!!
