While the professional staff is very well trained and very efficient at their duties, the back office is impossible to deal with. Their billing is always error prone and they seem to not be able, or willing, to correct it. They continued to bill for my dad after he passed away and continued to bill for my Mom for months after she moved. I had to get an attorney involved to ge the situation resolved.
