Autumn Leaves has been a huge blessing to our family. Their excellent care for my Mom has given us the energy to function as a family again. Their inviting activities keep mom interested and we always feel welcomed to join in also.

the owner/rn does not communicate with family. She makes decisions behind the families backs and gets upset if residents tell their families about problems there. And there are MANY problems.
