Assisted Living Cottage, Inc., formerly Diann's Place, Inc., is licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services as a 6-bed, small Type B, assisted living home. The home offers six private bedrooms, in a home-like, family style environment, geared to meet the individualized needs of our residents to ensure positive outcomes and promote the highest level of independence possible. The staff are dedicated to the preservation of our resident's health, emotional and social well-being. Assisted LivingCottage, Inc., offers 24-hour awake caregivers. We develop an individualized Plan of Care for each of our residents, through a comprehensive assessment process, with the input of a Licensed Registered Nurse and Social Worker, along with the family, and resident when possible. We know that every person who walks through our door has a choice in where they choose to call home.
