They used to be decent but just has turned into the worst experience for me. After several inappropriate cleanings in my home I called and complained. The customer service is very poor. The owners actually never cared to call me back or respond to my concerns. Other cleaning facilities that I have hired would've had the decency to call and speak with the customer personally if they had any concerns. The final straw came when I called to complain that the cleaning lady never cleaned my kitchen and dining room ( I have pics of it and my mom and mil were home) The owner once again said that her workers called indicating my mother was in the kitchen and they didn't ask her to move. Putting the blame on a customer and pointing fingers is poor business etiquette 101 which this amateur obviously knew nothing about. Lets not ignore the fact that I have cameras in my home that show, my mother folding laundry in my sons room when the workers should have been in the kitchen In fact this cleaning company said their workers dont like coming to my home because I catch their mistakes... listen to that, i should pay for poor work without the business rectifying the issue. I should pay to not have my home clean... wow!!!! Then she continued to say that they are doing me a favor for their prices and tried to make me feel like I had anything to do with their pricings... when I called her out on her erroneous business techniques she was astounded... especially when they arrived at my home 4 hrs before the appointment time... This company is another girl fights the dust.... They are a total BUST!!!!!

They always are super friendly, happy, and their work is top. The house is always happier after they've been here, especially Kelly!

We are very happy with their performance. I've had some medical issues recently, so I can't clean like I need to. They came in and made everything shine and sparkle. They definitely have us as a repeat customer!
