We provide in-home care for elderly individuals, individuals with developmental disabilities, and disabled veterans. We also provide complex care such as wound care, peg tube care, and feeding tube care. Americare has been in business since 2003 and has an impeccable reputation within the Medical Community in which we serve. We are licensed by the State of Louisiana through the Department of Health and Hospitals. Our company assists individuals with Activities of Daily Living that include bathing, dressing,grooming, housekeeping, transportation, laundry, meal preparation, supervision, and dementia care. We have a full time Registered Nurse who performs all of our assessments and develops person centered care plans for each of our clients. We accept Medicaid, Private Pay, Work Comp, and VA benefits as payor sources.
