We used Amada to help with my father when he was home with hospice. We called them and they started a caregiver the same day. We were impressed with the service, would recommend them to other families looking for care.

Choose Amada Senior Care for your in home care. D.R. Salerno was wonderful finding the right caregiver for my mother. With Mom legally blind, our caregiver read and sang songs to my mom. A gentle touch was given at each bathing, and the two became friends. I had no worries when our caregiver arrived for the hours assigned. Duties performed are recorded on a telephone keypad daily by the caregiver. Amada files all paperwork that is required for insurance claims. Not dealing with extra paperwork was a plus. D.R. returned any phone call and truly cared for my mother's well being. I also found Amada Senior Care handled all needs in one caregiver. Other companies I was told had caregivers that we're companions but need to send a different caregiver for bathing. I was pleased to have all needs covered by one caregiver. I highly recommend Amada Senior Care for in home care.

I worked as an RN for Amada Care in 2016. I have 30+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse. I am very impressed by the owners of Amada Care of Greater Milwaukee/Southeast Wisconsin. They are caring and thoughtful people. And, they are truly concerned about elderly people. They want to make certain that each individual that comes through their agency, has the appropriate care in place, so that they will be in a safe and caring environment. They have provided the highest standards of care for both of my parents, for the past 18 months. Their caregivers are truly patient, compassionate and caring. The owners work personally and tirelessly to meet the ongoing, changing needs of every client, and adapt the client's individualized careplan to meet their unique needs. The owners will also work with each client's family to decrease their workload (in our case, they are our liaison with our long-term care insurance company, submitting bills and communicating with them on an ongoing basis). The caregivers are available on short-term notice, often with the ability to provide same-day service when needed. Amada's caregivers are available 24/7/365. I found the best company to care for my aging parents. I trust them 100% with my parents' safety, well-being, and happiness, and I know they're receiving the best care possible.
