Nothing remotely close to skilled nursing at this facility. No information regarding changes in patient medication nor medical issues are relayed to the family. Nursing staff does not monitor patients with critical needs nor do they seem to be concerned about alarming changes in the patient's condition- most do not become familiar with the patient's history so they can effectively be treated. Forget trying to communicate with the attending physician who is non-existent and unresponsive to changing patient conditions. Patient tasks are marked completed when they have not been done. Patients speaking up are treated worse than others who do not complain or are perceived as "a nice little old man or woman". Patients are given conflicting information by staff. Prepare to be with your loved one 24/7 to ensure they get the care they deserve
