At A Place at Home, we provide the same loving ,trusting and compassionate care that would be expected from a family member or close friend. We offer companion and personal caregiver services along with homecare services up to 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
When it comes time for our seniors to move to their next place to call home, our Senior Living Alternatives program is a free, personalized service that helps seniors and families identify the community that best fits their needs - whether it is independent,assisted, memory or long term care. We offer Care Coordination (as-needed basis) where our RNs help coordinate and collaborate with our clients, family and medical/non-medical providers while providing assessments, recommendations, referrals, healthcare options, communications and appointments on client's behalves. Maintaining your senior's health and wellness at home is the most important thing to us.
