6 months in 2022' - At the end of it - it felt like a criminal inside job between a Caring Place LLC, and our long term care insurance. For 6 months I chased ACPLLC to please contact the insurance company, download the paperwork and file our cost claims. They constantly argued they need "a FAX" from Bankers Life & Casualty. I told Maria, and I have emails to prove it, that she needs to send them the billing so that my 91 yr old mother could get reimbursed. Long story short - from all the promises and declarations made from Claudia Calderon, down to changing out- I believe 5 or six caretakers (they were awful) up until dealing with Maria in accounting and the Insurance claims we lost all the money that was paid up front - and none of them give a damn...Its a pity, and its abusive of the seniors!
