Sitter, Companionship, Palliative and/or Respite Care in a range of care settings (where ever client's and their families need us to provide care,) including Independent or Assisted Living Facilities; Rehab Centers; Hospitals, and of-course at Home Care.

We have experience assisting in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) for clients dealing with all disease stages, including those undergoing treatment for curable illnesses and those living with chronic diseases, as well as patients who are nearing the end oflife - working as an extension of our clients as they deal with all levels of health and mobility limitations, as well as debilitating conditions affecting the mind, such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, Stroke.<br/><br/>Sitter and Companionship services include light housekeeping, so caregivers can help maintain client's living, sleeping and bathroom spaces.<br/><br/>Personal care includes help with baths and toileting as needed, to include colostomy and urinary catheter care under RN instructions with special attention to maintaining wound care per Dr/RN instructions, and medication reminders.<br/><br/>Our Caregivers will also take clients to Dr, appointments, or accompany client and family member or friend taking client to appointment.<br/><br/>Client food and liquid in-takes are important areas we monitor - our Caregivers are good cooks and will work with client and family to make and provide meals for client, unless client is in a facility that provides meals/dining areas - in which case Caregivers can help escort client to and from dining areas for meal service, and keep family and us updated on how well client is doing on their food & fluids intake - taking into account any restrictions by Dr/Family; if client needs to be spoon-fed their meals, G/J-tube Feeding under RN instructions, etc.… Read more
