I have sixteen years of experience working with children. I began my career as an Assistant Teacher, and in one year, I took over as the Lead Teacher. Within two years, I was promoted to Assistant Director, in a leading child care center. I was the Assistant Director for five years and also the Program Coordinator of that center. I took a break from working when we moved out of the area and I had my daughter. Upon my return to the workforce, I was a Lead Teacher for two years. After that I took a position as an Assistant Teacher in another child care center, so that I could work closer to home. I had the opportunity to work within many different child care/preschool systems, which exposed me to various ways of teaching. Included in this experience, I worked in a Montessori School for two years. Through all of these experiences, my favorite has been teaching children in my home daycare. We do lots of fun activities; learn numbers, the alphabet, phonics, creative arts, small daily life needs, fun projects, and more. I prepare kids for kindergartner also if parents like to do so and help kids in there homework to if needed. I take kids from infant to 6yrs old ,I care for twins too.I offer late nights and date nights for parents to spend some time without kids .All three meals are included in the tuition. I offer sibling discount .After school is offer for morning kindergartners. My home daycare is pet free and smock free and very neat and clean Home. In a very clam and quite neighborhood. I believe in a small group of kids. We are accepting children from Ashburn, Herndon, Sterling, Leesburg, and Lansdowne.
