During school I worked as a children's party entertainer. I also worked as a part-time babysitter for a wonderful baby girl (0 to 2 years old). After I came to St. Louis, I started working as a full-time babysitter for a family with 3 kids (9 years old, 5 years old and 3 years old). Later, I also worked part time for other families making wonderful relationships along the way. I now work with small children (from 3 months old to 3 years old) in my house (3 to 4 kids). My main childcare objectives are: safety and joyful learning. In my home daycare music, songs, and laughter are important. We also enjoy crafting with different materials. Smaller children will use finger paints and enjoy activities and games using different fabrics, soft blocks and many more. Bigger children will play and learn with age-appropriate materials and will also enjoy outdoor games. I also make sure that each child has opportunities for individual and group activities that expose them to a variety of skills and learning experiences. I truly love working with children and would be happy to welcome another into our wonderful group. My house is located on Spring Leigh Ct in Ballwin area and my normal hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, but am open to flexibility. I charge 50$/day with lunch and snacks included. We did homework together, all ate together and we all became a big family. The babies all got their special time also, I would read to all the children, play games, we had nap time, we would also take walks to the park and did all kinds of outdoor activity. I loved my experience with all my children but after my final child did go to 1st grade I became a room Teacher at a school dist for over 20 years and loved all the children. I still will babysit for people on occasion when they need me but I really like to give my attention to just couple of children than so many.
