Bimala has taken care of our daughter between 12 to 14 months. If you are looking for a very affectionate and caring nanny, I recommend that you give Bimala a call. She has been extremely reliable and can follow instructions very well. Bimala was doing lots of activities with our daughter, like going to the park, reading books, playing with toys, feeding snack, cooking and feeding lunch, washing hands, changing diapers very regularly, putting our baby to sleep for 1 or 2 naps a day. We especially liked how much Bimala was talking to our daughter! I wholeheartedly recommend Bimala and would be happy to answer any questions.

Excellent Nanny/Babysitter For Your Children

Avg response < 9 hrs
I have been a nanny for 15 years. I am a Mom (children are grown) and I love children! I have my own transportation, am a non-smoker, and love health/fitness. I have provided a safe and secure environment for all ages, but just recently for kindergarten and first grade children-picking them up from school, serving lunch/snack, reading, helping with homework, bathing, keeping them on schedule, driving them to classes, library, etc. I also did laundry, dishes, and kept house clean. I have been treated as part of the family and treat them as my family. I am looking to be a nanny, and also provide occasional babysitting. I have an excellent driving record and excellent references. I have two daughters, seven grandchildren. I have Nanny and house cleaning experience for 10 years.

Rosemary helped us care for our 3 boys (7, 7, & 5)for a weekend when i had to leave for a short-notice business trip. Throughout the process, Rosemary was responsive to texts, and very punctual. On Saturday, she walked into a chaotic morning when the boys had extra energy and i was rushing to the airport. She quickly engaged the boys and calmed them down. By the time i got to the airport, she had texted me videos of an organized house and the boys sitting around the table, explaining how they helped! Overall, we really appreciated her help. I'd love to have her spend more time with boys, if nothing else but to get more insights on dealing with 3 active boys.

Experienced Nanny, Silly But Strict

When I was 13 and allowed to start babysitting, I already had a waiting list of parents who recognized my gift with young children. After 15 years of providing care, I have not lost my silly charm, only gained the experience necessary to help raise children safely and teach boundaries. My favorite part of working with young children is being able to imbue them with a strong sense of independence and discipline, but also show them how better behavior can lead to more fun and silliness. I don't allow screen time 99% of the time (exceptions include sickness and a sibling having a class where there is nowhere for a kid to run around) and love reading time and crafts. After babysitting through my teen years, I have been a full time nanny for nearly seven years, working with the same family the whole time. Now that both kids are in school, I need more work to fill my mornings.

Sarah has been the nanny for our two children since they were babies. They are now 4 and 7, and since they both go to school, Sarah only needs to take care of them in the PM. We hope she is able to find another family to work for in the morning. Sarah is 100% dependable, punctual, and organized. She keeps track of all our children's activities, including homework, musical instruments, and special outfits for sports and dance. She is excellent at communicating with us about how the children's days were and whether there is anything we need to know. She knows the children's friends and organizes playdates for them. She is also creative and fun, coming up with arts and crafts projects that everyone loves. Sarah has her own car with child seats and a bike rack, which is essential for getting our kids from A to B. She's never late, and if she needs time off or a schedule change, she asks well in advance. She's equally proficient with babies and elementary schoolers. Sarah is great!
